Refund Policy

Orders are exchangeable within 14 days from delivery, and 30 days for defective items.
Products must be exchanged in unused condition with the original packaging.
In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s), a wrong product, or a different product(s), the exchange will be done for free within 4–6 working days inside Cairo and 5–7 working days outside Cairo.
In the case of exchanging normal orders, shipping fees will be added.

Refunds are not accepted during Black Friday or any major sale periods.
Orders are refundable within 14 days from the date of issuing the receipt, except during sale periods.
Products must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging.
In case of receiving a wrong product or a defective product, the full amount will be refunded without any shipping fees.
In the event of a refund due to a change of mind, any shipping fees paid will be deducted from the product's price refund.
